Shipping policy
Currently delivery is to the United Kingdom Mainland and Northern Ireland only. Please contact us if you'd like to check shipping costs for outside the UK.
Order Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all items within 2-4 working days, excluding pampas swags which are approx 10 working days. The delivery time is in addition to this.
Delivery Costs - Shipped using Royal Mail or EVRI (excludes large arrangements)
- Mainland UK 2-3 working days: £2.99
- Express 1-2 working days: £3.99
- Northern Ireland: £4.49
- Free delivery for orders above £50
Higher value arrangements such as Pampas wall arrangements have a different postage structure- The delivery cost will be applied at checkout.
- Mainland UK - Express next day: £6.99
- Northern Ireland- 2 working days : £12.99
Returns/Exchanges
In the event your order is not 100% perfect or you've changed your mind, and you'd like to return or exchange it, please contact us at info@opallily.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of creating the return request. Items must be returned complete, with no damage, and with it's original packaging before a refund is processed. Postage charges will not be refunded. Postage for returns is at your own cost.
Please note customised products and large pampas wall arrangements are exempt from returns.
Damaged items - If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at info@opallily.com and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim. Please provide photos of the damaged item and of the packaging it arrived in.
